willie-tate

Willie is a fitness industry professional with expertise in fitness and weight management and 20 years of experience. In his 22 year naval career, the last 12 years were spent as a Command Fitness Leader. He left the Navy and pursued other interests, but fitness was his passion. So it was no surprise to those close to him when he decided to leave a very lucrative career to get certified as a fitness professional.

Willie has made a personal commitment to helping others through his love of fitness. He has served as a fitness supervisor at a major Naval base, supervising two fitness centers. In July 2010, to further his fitness reach, he co-founded UrLife Now Fitness in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In addition to offering a variety of strength and fitness classes and weight management advice, Willie’s assistance has helped his clients to achieve both fitness and life goals.

Erica

Erica has personal training experience working with people of many different ages and fitness levels. She is certified by Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and Worlds Instructor Training Schools (WITS).

Six years ago, Erica survived a life threatening accident that introduced her to the world of core and strength training. This helped her overcome her setbacks and instilled in her a new outlook on life.

Now as a personal trainer, Erica loves helping others find the strength within to reach their maximum potential. Through Boot Camp, Core, Strength or Personal training, she is committed to the attention, knowledge, and encouragement of each individual to allow them to reach their ultimate goals!

Paul

Since retiring from the Navy in 2006, Paul has focused his professional life on his personal passion for sports and fitness. Paul is a 2007 graduate of Old Dominion University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science minoring in Sport Management. He has since gone on to earn his MBA degree through St. Leo University. Paul is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Trainer and a Nutrition Specialist certified through AASDN (American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists).

Paul believes that his educational background provides the scientific foundation for everything he brings to the table as a trainer. His goal as a trainer is to educate and motivate people to live healthier, more rewarding lives. Paul enjoys any outdoor activity and often finds unique ways of incorporating that into his client’s sessions.
